Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at Avani during my stay. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from Victoria Falls, and I loved seeing the zebras on the property. However, the rooms were in need of updates and the dining options lacked variety. While some staff provided great service, the pool area was not as clean as I expected, which was disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at the Avani Victoria Falls Resort. The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk to the Falls, which added so much to our experience. The accommodations were comfortable, but they did show some signs of age. The dining options were pretty good, with a nice variety available, though breakfast was a bit hectic at times. Overall, it felt like a fantastic blend of nature and relaxation, but some minor updates would really enhance the stay.
I had a fantastic five-day stay at the Avani, where everything from the comfortable rooms to the delightful breakfast made my trip memorable. The location is unbeatable for exploring the falls, and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond. However, I did encounter some issues with credit card facilities that were quite frustrating, which detracted from an otherwise perfect experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The proximity to the falls is absolutely amazing, and I loved being able to walk to the park and enjoy the wildlife. However, the service during peak times was a real struggle, and the overall upkeep of the rooms left a bit to be desired. The amenities were decent, but I wish some areas were better maintained for a more pleasant stay.
I had high hopes for this resort after my travel agent booked us a 3-night stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. While the overall atmosphere of the hotel and the gardens were nice, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. The dining options were limited, and the staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness. I certainly won't be returning, as I was expecting a top-notch experience in such a beautiful location.
